अलीगढ़ मीडिया डॉट कॉम, लखनऊ,18 नवंबर। संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय आह्वान पर कल देश भर में किसान विजय दिवस मनाएंगें। एक साल पहले 19 नवंबर को ही प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी तीनों कृषि कानूनों को वापस लेने का ऐलान किया था। आंदोलन कर रहे किसान इसे अपने 13 महीने के दिल्ली आंदोलन की ऐतिहासिक जीत मानते है।
19 नवंबर को एक बार फिर उस जीत का जश्न किसान गांवों में मनाएगा। गांवों में ढोल-नगाड़ों, बैंड-बाजों और किसानी आंदोलन के गीतों के साथ जश्न और विजय मार्च आयोजित किए जाएंगें। रात्रि के समय दीपमालाओं -मोमबत्तियों, आतिशबाजी के साथ किसान कानून वापसी की जीत की खुशी जाहिर करेगा।
उधर एमएसपी की कानूनी गारंटी, कर्जा माफी, किसान पेंशन, आंदोलन के दौरान दर्ज मुकदमों की वापसी जैसी तमाम बाकी मांगों के लिए आंदोलन के दूसरे चरण का बिगुल बज चुका है। 26 नवंबर को देश भर में राजभवन मार्च की तैयारियां जोरों पर हैं। लखनऊ में भी ईको गार्डन में महापंचायत के बाद राजभवन मार्च की तैयारियां चल रही हैं। राजभवन मार्च के दौरान राष्ट्रीय मांगों के अलावा किसानों को सिंचाई के लिए फ्री बिजली, गरीबों को 300 यूनिट फ्री बिजली, गन्ना का बकाया भुगतान, आवारा पशुओं का बंदोबस्त, डीएपी खाद की समुचित उपलब्धता, सूखा और अतिवृष्टि का बकाया मुआवजा जैसी तमाम राज्यस्तरीय एवं क्षेत्रीय मांगों को उठाया जाएगा।

18 November. On the national call of United Kisan Morcha, farmers will celebrate Vijay Diwas across the country tomorrow. A year ago, on November 19, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had announced to withdraw all the three agricultural laws. The agitating farmers consider this a historic victory of their 13-month Delhi movement.
On November 19, the farmers will once again celebrate that victory in the villages. Celebrations and victory marches will be organized in the villages with drums, bands and songs of the peasant movement. At night, the farmer will express the joy of the victory of the return of the law with candles, fireworks.
On the other hand, the bugle of the second phase of the movement has been sounded for all other demands like legal guarantee of MSP, loan waiver, farmer pension, withdrawal of cases filed during the movement. Preparations are in full swing for the Raj Bhavan March across the country on 26 November. In Lucknow too, preparations are on for the Raj Bhavan march after the mahapanchayat at Eco Garden. During the Raj Bhavan March, apart from the national demands, free electricity for irrigation to farmers, 300 units free electricity to the poor, payment of sugarcane arrears, settlement of stray cattle, proper availability of DAP manure, compensation for drought and excess rainfall, etc. Demands will be taken up
